1. Who we are
I Need Love Too (ineedlovetoo.com) is owned and operated by Business Key Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2. What we collect
For members: your name, email, password (stored encrypted by our database provider), when you accepted the safety rules, and which profiles you unlocked. For listings: the profile details and photo, plus the private contact details (legal name, inmate number, facility and mailing address) the sponsor provides. For reports: what you tell us.
3. What is public
A listing's profile (display name, age, state, photo, story, interests, release information and conviction note) is public once approved. The legal name, inmate number and mailing address are only shown to signed-in members who accepted the safety rules, and each view is recorded.
4. How we use it
To run the site, review listings, prevent abuse, handle reports, process payments and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal information.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers that run the site for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), and our email and hosting providers. We may share information when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.
6. Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings from your account at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@ineedlovetoo.com. A listed person can ask us directly to remove their profile.
7. Cookies
We use only what's needed to keep you signed in. If we add advertising or analytics later, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where required.
8. Children
The site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
