1. Who we are
I Need Love Too is owned and operated by Business Key Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), which runs ineedlovetoo.com, a site where family and friends of incarcerated people create profiles so those people can find pen pals, friendship and relationships. We are not affiliated with any prison, jail, department of corrections or messaging provider.
2. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old. You may not use the site if a court order, parole or probation condition, or facility rule forbids you from contacting a person listed here.
3. Listing someone
If you create a profile, you confirm that the person asked to be listed and agreed to its contents, that the information is accurate, and that the photo is of them. You are responsible for keeping it up to date and removing it when they ask. We review every listing and may edit, reject or remove any listing at any time.
4. Facility rules
Many correctional systems have rules about mail, photos, pen-pal ads and online profiles. The person listed and their sponsor are responsible for following the rules of their facility. We may remove a listing if a facility or agency asks us to.
5. Safety rules
Members must accept our safety rules before seeing contact information. Never send money or gifts to anyone you meet here. We do not run background checks on members and cannot guarantee anyone's identity, intentions or conduct. Use your own judgment, and report anything concerning.
6. Prohibited conduct
No scams or requests for money, harassment, threats, explicit material, impersonation, contacting victims, involving minors, or using contact information for anything other than personal correspondence. Collecting or reselling contact information is forbidden.
7. Payments
Listing fees and memberships are processed by Stripe and charged by Business Key Solutions LLC. Listing fees cover 12 months of display after approval. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are not refundable once a listing is approved, except where the law requires.
8. Removal and suspension
We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms, at our discretion, including without refund when the terms were broken.
9. No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from contact with anyone you meet through it.
10. Changes and contact
